1. Admission rules: Hostel Management Committee reserves the right to admit or deny the admission to any student. Admission shall be confirmed only on receipt of the requisite fees, deposits and mess charges. The room allotted by the management will be final. No student is allowed to make any mutual changes in the allotted rooms without the consent of the management. Fees once paid shall not be refunded (except the deposit amount).
2. Discipline: Students can leave the premises only after 6 am. and should be in before 10:30 pm. (11:30 pm on Sat & Sun.)
3. Students going on leaves should inform the rector by filling in the prescribed form available in the office
4. Misbehavior: Students are expected to maintain courtesy and decency while talking to the staff, mess staff or committee member. Students are not allowed to use BAD words in hostel premises. Management committee reserves the right to take strict disciplinary action against the student. He will be rusticated form the Hostel for repetition of misbehavior after warning.
5. Cleanliness: Students are expected to keep the rooms and premises clean. They should not draw or paste any posters on the walls. If found, fine of Rs 2000/- will be charged .
6. Breakages: Students are not allowed to hammer nails in the walls or furniture
7. Visitors: Visitors will be allowed to visit the students between 10 am to 5 pm. in T.V. lounge area only. No visitors shall be allowed after 5 pm. Guests shall not be allowed to enter the student's rooms. Visitors, Parents, Guests are not allowed to stay more than 2 hours. Do not visit office for request or argument for this.
8. Smoking & drugs: Smoking, tobacco chewing E cigarette ,cigarette, Hukka, consuming alcohol or any drug abuse will invite strict disciplinary action.( may be rusticated)
9. Noise & Celebrations : celebrating any event is not allowed. Students should not make loud noise in the premises as this will disturb others. If found, fine of Rs 2000/- will be charged from each student.
10. Inspection of rooms: The management and its authorized representative shall have the right to inspect any room or belongings, cupboard of any student at any time and confiscate any objectionable material found .
11. Management shall not be responsible for any accident or injury caused to any student due to his negligence
12. Students are expected to live peacefully and co-operatively with each other
13. Changes in the rules and any notices shall be displayed on the notice boards. Anyone tampering with these notices may be fined.
14. Students should take care of their valuables, money. Management shall not be responsible for loss / damage or theft of the belongings.
15. Students are not allowed to take news papers in room.
16. Use of any electric / electronic gadget like Iron, Heaters (Rod), Gas stove, Induction, Electric Stove, Bread toaster are not permitted. ( Only Mobiles and Laptops chargers are allowed). If found, it may be confiscated & the responsible student will be charge with the penalty of Rs.1000/- per student on the spot
17. Out side food allowed till 11.30 pm only. Do not argue with the staff about this, otherwise strict action will be taken.
18. Students should switch off the lights,fans and the hot water Geysers when not in use / or leaving the room.
19. Waste and unwanted material should be properly segregated and disposed in the dustbins only.
20. Clothes should not be put for drying in common areas.
21. Only vehicles having hostel parking sticker shall be allowed to be parked in the hostel premises. (Two wheelers only, car parking is not allowed)
22. At the end of the term student has to vacate the room before the 1 st of May and hand over all the keys to the lockers and the rooms to the office. They are not allowed to leave their vehicles in the premises during the vacations. The management shall not be responsible for the loss or damage of such vehicles.
23. Per student only 1 bike is allowed in hostel. If any own an electric bike will have to pay Rs.7000/- in advance for 10 months along with hostel fees.
24. If you not staying in the hostel, & If your bike / cycle is still seen in the hostel parking, then yo will have to pay Rs 2000/- per month parking charges with out any excuses. If you dont inform us about your bike / cycle or don't pay parking charges then we will take action and your bike / cycle will be thrown on the road, we will not be responsibe for the it any more.
25. Disciplinary action for misbehavior may invite fine upto Rs 1000/-. If a student is rusticated from the hostel, the fees ( except the deposit) shall not be refunded under any circumstance.
26. If hostel announces or displays notice on notice board or in the lift or any were in the hostel then student have to follow that rule, If any students found, doing any fun with the notice or trying to remove the notice paper then he will be charged with the fine of Rs. 1000/- penalty on the spot.
27. Students desiring to leave the hostel for any reason during the term should compulsorily submit the leave application ( available in the office) & take prior permission of the rector.
28. Refund of deposit: Deposit refund cheque will be given in the Student's name only.
29. If the deposit refund is not claimed before 15th Aug. (after leaving hostel) , it will be treated as a Donation and transferred to Trust's Account.

31. Please read the instructions given below carefully before filling the form.
32. Please fill up the form completely.
33. Please send form fees bank transfer details on @ Hostel email Id :- kjgoyalboyshostel@gmail.com with student's full name.

35. Admission application forms received in the office within the stipulated time only will be considered.
36. C.A. students should submit certificate from their employer along with article ship registration letter from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Employer should certify continuation of article ship with him.
37. Any occupant found to have made a false claim / statement to obtain a seat will be liable to vacate the hostel immediately and the fees paid by student will be forfeited.
38. The Management will have the right to reject any application for admission without giving any reason whatsoever.
39. Students are not allowed to bring any furniture from outside.
40. Students using their own vehicles should possess valid driving license, insurance, vehicle RCTC, PUC and submit a photocopy of the same to the Rector at the time of admission.
41. Students should switch off lights and fans when not in use.
42. Students should lock their rooms when they are not in their rooms.
43. Identity Card is compulsory for entry/exit in the hostel.
44. Students should occupy rooms allotted to them within 2 days of such allotment.
45. For ensuring discipline and for convenience, the Rector has the authority to change the room allotted to a student even during the term.
46. All staff of the hostel should be treated with due courtesy.
47. Clothes should not be dried in the corridor.
48. Only the lock provided by the hostel has to be used for the rooms.
49. In case of illness/accident the Rector/Supervisor should be informed immediately.
50. Students should not leave their rooms after 10.30 pm. in the night.
51. Student shall not remain out of the hostel between 10:30 p.m. to 6.00 am.
52. Students should ensure that all visitors to them record their entry and exit in the visitors' book maintained for the purpose.
53. Students who are admitted to the hostel are required to take the copy of Rules and Regulation from the hostel authorities and shall strictly adhere to the same.
54. In view of the increasing accident rate, the students are advised to have their own mediclaim policy/Road Accident policy etc.
55. A student who violates or helps others in violating any of the rules and regulation of the hostel shall be expelled from the hostel.
56. Students who have received warning from the management for misbehavior in the hostel will be expelled from the hostel.
57. The Management may change, alter or amend any of these rules at any time without any notice.
58. The Management of the hostel will not in any way be responsible for the performance or conduct of the student.
59. The Management will terminate admission of any student without giving any reason and proof.
60. The parents should meet the Rector or Local Committee at least twice a year to understand the progress of his ward.
61. In case of receiving communication from Management about misbehavior, health problem or any other problem, the parents should immediately act upon.
62. The local guardian should meet the Rector at least twice in a term.
63. The parents/local guardian shall be responsible for the student's behavior and dues to the hostel.
64. The student taken / pay charge's for NON-A.C. Room, Those student are strictly Not Allowed to visit/Go to A.C. Room student for Any Reason. If we found NON-A. C. student in A·C. Room for Any Reason we will charge Both Student 3000/- on the spot. Every time.
